The Iranian National Committee on Irrigation and Drainage invited honorable delegates who participated in 60^th ICID annual meetings, Dec. 2009 in New Delhi to the dinner reception on the occasion of introducing the 21^st ICID Congress on Irrigation and Drainage, 8^th International Micro-Irrigation Congress & 62^nd IEC Meeting which is held in Tehran, Oct 15-23, 2011. The reception was held on 10 December 2009, at the Indian Habitat Center, and more than 200 people welcomed in the dinner party.

At the beginning of the ceremony a film of "Iran; Older than History" displayed, and after that Iran Ambassador in India and ICID President have addressed and invited the honorable guests to the 21^st ICID Congress in Tehran.
